Clean hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff and excellent food. Very central location, cozy base for discovering Hanoi. Found in the comfortable area. Great restaurant for breakfast. A modern and wonderful property, my first choice in Hanoi.

The staff were exceptionally nice and exceptional as well, would return there. It was in a great location with Hang Gai Street nearby.

Had great and beautiful location in the city center, right by Ngoc Son Temple. Good-sized and brand-new rooms with a balcony, a mini-bar, and coffee.

Reasonably large and beautifully designed unit with a perfect decor. Local dishes, very central location near to all atractions in Hanoi. Based so close to cafes, food and lake as well as Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter.

Make sure to get double room with balcony and a fantastic view from the balcony plus variety of choices in breakfast. Quiet vibe, the staff is accommodating. Its location close to the heart of Hanoi is marvellous and amazing...

I was here for 4 days and would return there. The room was extremely spacious and huge, had a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The location was marvellous, you can visit a majestic church by walking. The area was pretty comfortable, an interesting place for me...

the location was magnificent, close to ngoc son temple. the staff - incredibly attentive and were eager to help with the requests. the room was large and well-designed with balcony, variety of choices in breakfast, a fantastic view from the balcony and safety measures included smoke detectors.

The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was excellent on the roof top. I liked the room with balcony, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was AWESOME on the rooftop with a view of the lake, a short way from Hoan Kiem Lake.

A great stay for a business trip. Reasonably spacious hotel with impressive rooms and most importantly, absolutely lovely staff. The rooms with a fantastic view from the balcony and variety of choices in breakfast, as for instance. Marvellous and incredible location to Temple of the Jade Mountain. Walking distance to boutiques and stores across the street. Great restaurant, for breakfast.

We were in a marvellous location a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Rooftop.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely superb. From the moment I booked my room until after my stay, they were consistently helpful and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Kylie, the customer services manager, even contacted me personally to make sure everything was okay. The location of the hotel is also great, just one street back from the lake and in the middle of everything. Plus, I booked a room with a balcony and it was lovely and clean.

Clean hotel with amazingly attentive staff and a good value. Modern a double room with balcony, quiet atmosphere. Location short walk to the lake and markets, nice restaurants, spa, bar and all kinds of shops, and other areas of old quarter. Helpful service throughout. The check out is late.

The hotel had an awesome location really close to Ngoc Son Temple. It also was near to many tourist spots. They gave us beautiful room with a balcony. We really enjoyed excellent breakfast on the roof top, offered by the property.

Our recent stay at the San Boutique was incredible. The room was impeccably clean and had a spacious bathroom with a great shower. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Louis who ensured all our departure plans were taken care of. The breakfast on the 9th floor was delicious, although the lift only went to the 7th floor, the staff kindly offered to bring breakfast to our room. Despite a minor inconvenience with the lift, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. we had a perfect ending to our holiday in Vietnam.
